Without a mission for your life, you will probably just wander through life (like Alice wandered through Wonderland); uncertain of your purpose. Without a mission you won’t be able to accomplish all that you are capable of accomplishing.

Today I want to talk about goal achievement! We’ve just entered into a new year, and many people are making their New Year’s Resolutions.

The question is, how will this year be different from last year. How will you achieve this year, what you failed to achieve in 2009? Why will this year be different? How will you achieve your goals in 2010?

My wife and I sat down recently and we discussed our goals for 2010. Our discussion was very brief this year in comparison to previous years. In the past, we’ve listed a multiplicity of things that we wanted to accomplish in the upcoming year, but we didn’t do that this year.

You came to planet Earth to accomplish a specific mission. Maybe it’s to entertain, or to inspire, or to be an amazing parent, or to act, or to cook, or to paint, or to lead a country, or any other thing, but you came here for a specific reason. It would be an insult to your creator for you to leave this planet without fulfilling that mission.
