Pictures From My Trip To Hawaii

Marketing Advertising Blog — VuManhThang.Com

Aloha!  My wife and I just got back from Hawai’i where we celebrated my wife’s birthday (we try to go every year).  Below are some of the pictures from our trip, I hope you enjoy.  These pictures were taken on the Hawaiian island of O’ahu.

First, A Little About Hawai’i

[We might as well learn something from this post :) ] Hawai’i is the youngest of the 50 U.S. states (August 21, 1959), and is the only state that consists entirely of islands.

The state of Hawai’i includes almost the entire volcanic Hawaiian Island chain, which covers hundreds of islands spread over 1,500 miles (2,400 km).

The eight “main islands” are Ni’ihau, Kaua’i, O’ahu, Moloka’i, Lāna’i, Kaho’olawe, Maui, and Hawai’i. The “island” of Hawai’i (I’ve been to this island once) is the largest island and is often referred to as the “The Big Island” to avoid being confused with the “state” of Hawai’i.

Hawai’i has over a million permanent residents, and the capital of Hawai’i is “Honolulu” on the island of O’ahu.

Hawai’i’s remarkable scenery, beautiful beaches, tropical climate, clear waters, and volcanoes make it an attractive destination for tourists.

Here are Six Pictures From My Trip to Hawaii:

The Island of O’ahu From the Airplane

Here’s a picture of the island of O’ahu (a very tiny portion of it).  My wife took this picture from the airplane.  I thought you would enjoy seeing this view of O’ahu.

Rainbow and Diamond Head

Here’s a picture my wife took while we were sailing.  It shows a beautiful rainbow over Diamond Head mountain.

Diamond Head Mountain

This is a picture of Waikiki beach with Diamond Head mountain in the background.

Lagoon and Pacific Ocean

Very similar to the picture above, this picture shows a lagoon with the Pacific Ocean in the background.  I really like this view.

Our Walk to Waikiki Beach

This is my favorite picture of the bunch.  Just looking at it brings me right back to Hawai’i (for a few seconds :) )

Hawaiian Sunset

Last, but certainly not least, this is a picture of the sunset; also taken by my wife while we were sailing.

Hopefully you enjoyed seeing these pictures.  Mahalo!
