And the Winner Is

Marketing Advertising Blog — VuManhThang.Com

During the month of May I ran a contest asking you to sign up for my “Weekly Success Tip.”  I promised to give $100 to one randomly selected individual who signed up for the “Weekly Success Tip”…

These “success tips,” as you know, are tips that I’m currently working on, and tips that I believe you should be working on as well.

If you’ve not yet signed up for my “Weekly Success Tip,” please do so!  I believe these simple and brief success tips/reminders (that I send out on Sundays) can provide you with additional insights to help inspire and motivate you for the upcoming week.

You can sign-up using the form on the (lower) right titled “Weekly Success Tip.” It’s very easy to unsubscribe at any time, if you choose to do so, not that you’ll ever want to.

Here are the success tips from the previous three weeks:

Success Tip #3: Write Down Your Goals

Without clear direction you will “never” make an impact!

A very wise person once said, “In absence of clearly defined goals, we become strangely loyal to performing daily acts of trivia.”

Life is too short for us to drift through it only performing trivial acts; write down today, what you want to accomplish by next week.  I’m going to make my list right now…

Success Tip #4: Grow Up

Everybody wants to be somebody;
nobody wants to grow.

–Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

The price of success is growth!  Growth isn’t fun, but it’s necessary.  Commit to “grow up,” to do what you know to do.  That’s exactly what I plan on doing…

Success Tip #5: Become a Real Leader

A leader is a dealer in hope. –Napoleon Bonaparte

When you lead this week, don’t lead with force, but lead with hope, lead by being a coach, by being a motivator, pull up, and never push down.  That’s what I’m working on this week.

For more of these quick success tips, please sign-up today!

And the Winner Is…

Without further ado, let’s announce the winner.

Almost 500 of you signed up to receive my (Sunday) success tips, but there can only be one winner…drum role please…  The winner is …James Walker from the United Kingdom (currently living in Germany).  Quote from James [upon being notified that he won as well as in reference to the World Cup]: “After the disappointment of the 1:1 draw against the USA, this news has really cheered me up!”

Congratulations James!
